Perfection is not a path to personal fresh growth. Learning to live without the trauma and anxiety is not a linear journey. The process is more about being open to change while in the midst of being stuck in anxiety. Smaller steps are necessary, because a pattern of negative emotions, and thoughts didn’t just happen overnight. It has a history. Slowly building trust with the body in simple ways, in a safe starting place. And turning a negative attitude into a positive one- Like saying “I don’t like when people ask me questions about how I am. But I remember my neighbors smiling at me and telling me to enjoy my day. That’s a subtle shift to a positive mindset. Just the act of noticing …That’s where we are aiming for. I write in my blog, About making better choices that add up to a greater impact on the brains ability to keep moving you forward away from toxic stressors, and feeling stuck to the presence peace and balance.

Intuitive Life Coaching for Anxiety and Emotional Healing

A CHEERFUL HEART IS GOOD MEDICINE. ( Proverbs 17:22 ) I started Intuitive Life Coaching to support women facing anxiety, stress and trauma. In my younger years I was aware of difficult emotions in others as well as my own. I was interested in healing at at young age. Because I was drawn to help people.. I allowed my very sensitive nature to be out in the open. Intuition is a Life Skill. With which requires a extra level of love & understanding and care for the body and soul. So as to not be consumed by other peoples energy and feelings. These experiences led me to the healing arts over 20 yrears ago.  On my own path through love, loss and anxiety I learned from my recovery  about my sensitive nature, coping with anxiety. And making peace with myself. . I experienced acceptance, love and compassion. My Teachers of Yoga as well as Energy Masters and listening to Divine Guidance, gave me support and encouragement. During ISpiritual Life Coaching I was inspired to learn that I am not alone. And found that when you are ready to learn, Divine Guidance responds in ways I never dreamed of. Sending me the right people at the right time and place. To benefit and accelerate my growth and healing. Following, this path I wanted to share with all women the empowerment and strength that comes with choosing purpose over pain. And compassion and care with a compass for the soul. 
I offer comfort and support through Intuitive healing, breathing exercises and clarity conversations. 
I work with women who want to feel calmer stronger and in control of their goals and move in the direction of their dreams.

Breaking Free from Anxiety: Why “Just Relax” Never Works

If you’ve ever struggled with anxiety, I bet you’ve heard it a million times: “Just relax!” It’s well-meaning advice, but if only it were that simple, right?

For me, anxiety isn’t something I can just switch off. It’s not about lacking willpower or not wanting to feel a calmness. The racing thoughts and lethargic feeling and tension in my body, can present a clear message. That a sense of being overwhelmed can show up out of nowhere and  sometimes without any clear reason. It’s annoying, exhausting, and, if I’m honest, pretty isolating too.
