Perfection is not a path to personal fresh growth. Learning to live without the trauma and anxiety is not a linear journey. The process is more about being open to change while in the midst of being stuck in anxiety. Smaller steps are necessary, because a pattern of negative emotions, and thoughts didn’t just happen overnight. It has a history. Slowly building trust with the body in simple ways, in a safe starting place. And turning a negative attitude into a positive one- Like saying “I don’t like when people ask me questions about how I am. But I remember my neighbors smiling at me and telling me to enjoy my day. In my years as I child I was very sensitive to others pain and tried to comfort them problems. And even the difficult emotions associated with death. I also was interested in healing at a young age. Because I was drawn to help people.. I allowed my very sensitive nature to be out in the open. Without fully understanding it. I was ignored and not accepted. Sensitivity is a much needed trait in all aspects of life. With it we are able to have a much deeper compassion innovation and creativity. This also requires a extra level of love and care for the body and soul. So as to not be consumed by environmental issues like light noise and other peoples energy and feelings. These experiences led me to the healing arts over 20 yrears ago. On my own path through love, loss and anxiety I learned from my recovery about my sensitive nature, coping with stress. And making peace with myself. . I experienced acceptance, love and compassion. My Teachers of Yoga as well as Energy Masters and listening to Divine Guidance, gave me support and encouragement.
