How long does it usually take before you start to feel better?

Do you offer sessions online, or do I have to come in person?

All sessions are offered online, so you can join from anywhere you feel comfortable. This makes it easy for you to fit sessions into your schedule without needing to travel.

Is this service right for you if you’ve tried other therapies before and didn’t get results?

Even if other approaches haven’t worked for you, my style might feel different. I use a mix of gentle practices and personal support that focus not on the stressors but rather the quiet nature of healing. That just needs a safe space to rest. In every moment their is potential to overcome . Everyone’s needs are unique, and we move at your pace.
